Prices

All prices at studio79 are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices on a daily basis without prior notice. We cannot guarantee the availability of out-of-stock items.

Payment

studio79 accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Samsung Pay, and Klarna. Payment will only be charged when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. Please note that price errors and sold-out/discontinued items are not guaranteed.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Denmark. The shipping fee is a fixed price of DKK 100. Items will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop based on the delivery address provided at checkout.

We deliver to all of Europe, with a shipping cost of DKK 200.

Items are shipped via DAO.

Note: If there is no space at the designated pick-up location, the package will be moved to the nearest available pick-up point, and you will be notified. If you encounter any issues, please contact us or DAO.

Deliveries are made on all weekdays. Your order will be delivered within 5 business days after purchase. Special delivery terms may apply to certain items or shipments outside Denmark. These conditions will be specified before purchase.

Right of Complaint

You are entitled to a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects. Depending on the specific situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service. Complaints must be made within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect. studio79 will cover reasonable return costs.

Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is applicable, please provide your bank details (registration number and account number) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely provided by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive and will only be used for processing the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return right for items purchased from our webshop.

The period starts from the day:

  • You receive the order.

  • You receive the last item physically, in case of an order containing multiple items delivered separately.

  • You receive the last batch or part physically, in case of delivery of items in multiple batches/parts.

  • You receive the first item physically, in case of regular delivery of items over a specific period.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of purchase, and the item must be returned within 14 days of notification. Notification should be sent by email to sdw@c.dk, clearly stating your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.

To return the item, complete the attached Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing delivery without providing clear notification.

Items Excluded from Withdrawal

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom-made items or items with a clearly personal touch.

Returning Items

Return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of return. Items must be properly packed, and a copy of the order confirmation must be included with the shipment. The process is faster if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.

Risk transfers to you from the time of delivery until we receive the item. Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.

Condition of Items Upon Return

You are only liable for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. You may try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item is used beyond this point, it is considered used, and you may only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the item’s market value at the time of return. Full refund requires that the item is tried without being used.

Refund

If you withdraw from the purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid. Any reduction in value due to handling will be deducted. Refunds, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs incurred by choosing a different delivery method than the standard one), will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification. Refunds are made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until the item is returned, provided proof of return is received.

To process orders on our website, we need the following information:

  • Information about what you purchased

Your personal data is processed to deliver items and handle inquiries about your order, in accordance with studio79’s Privacy Policy. This explains how your data is handled, when it is deleted, and your rights as a data subject.
